Recipe Time

Here’s a 4×6 “brag book” size recipe card layout I did for the August Recipe Challenge and the August Font Challenge, both at DSO. I found it in my Fix-It and Forget-It cookbook. I prefer to use mild chiles and admit to being a “wuss” when it comes to spicy foods! I used Lynn’s Brittany Dreams kit ’cause I thought the bright colors went with my Southwest theme. The kit is for sale at DSO and is really a great price for all that is included. You should go check it out!

Special Moments

Here’s my first “official” layout as a member of Lynn’s CT. I used her Brittany Dreams kit since the papers coordinated so well with the Fall colors of my bouquet. The ribbon was created using one of Heather Manning’s pattern overlays and the silver effects on the text were courtesy of one of Lexi’s styles. I submitted this layout for the August template challenge at DSO – hosted by Terriann Hanks (who also provided this great template!).

A Real Post

Well I’ve managed to add a few links and some blinkies – at least that’s a start!

So, for my 1st shameless plugs, aka designer promotions, both Sondra and Lynn have some great specials over at DSO right now.
