I can’t believe it is Wednesday already! Where is my week going? Actually, I really like Wednesdays – it’s our weekly “seafood” night – we have shrimp with cocktail sauce, crab cakes, and stuffed scallops. I just learned how to make the scallops since our grocery store stopped selling them. I haven’t matched their supplier’s recipe 100%, but I’m definitely getting closer!
