Where does the time go? I mean, we’re almost half way through March and this weekend, my little brother turns 18! I can still remember when he first learned to crawl and to walk as well as when he started school. Man oh man – some days I feel old!!!

Before I head into the scrapping goodies, I have to say “wow”…. Have you ever had one of those days when just blows you away with a simple act of kindness?!?! I emailed Monica Larsen about a couple of actions I had purchased and her reply just blew me away – all I can say is she’s amazing! So, I visited her web store and signed up for her newsletter. March is here and the wind doth blow!!!! We’re in for another windy day and night – but it looks like our weekend should be ok – a little cooler than we’ve had lately, but no wind!!!  I’m glad too – we’re supposed to burn our brush pile before the Hydro-Seeding and we can’t safely or enjoyably (s’mores anyone?) do that with gale force winds!

There’s lots of news to chat about, starting first with the home front. My baby is crawling!! She’s been crawling for a little over a week now, and is getting more proficient (read faster) with each day…and today she pulled up on the couch.  I had to steady her once she was standing since I didn’t want her to fall backwards and hit the coffee table.  She is so excited with her new found mobility and just loves to explore (read get into everything she can).  She is such a joy and I am so blessed to be home with her.

Now, on to the scrapping front…it’s official!  Nikki has joined the Designers at DSO…her new kits should be in the store soon.  Head on over to her blog and leave her some love and congratulations!
