Wow – how time flies!  Last week was rough for our family – a dear friend passed away quite unexpectedly.  His son and my husband have been friends for over 20 years and he was like a 2nd father to my husband.  R.E. was instrumental in helping Yasha develop his mechanical aptitude, his love for cars/machinery, and his strong work ethic.  He will NEVER be forgotten. 

The services were in Yasha’s hometown, so we traveled back to OK to see his Dad, attend the funeral, and help the family in any way we could.  We stopped in Lubbock to visit my Nana on our way home and detoured through my hometown to have lunch with friends we hadn’t seen in years.  Now, we’re home! The suitcases are unpacked and most of the laundry put away, so I’m taking a few minutes to get caught up on email and my scrapping stuff.

While we’re on the subject of scrapping, Bannerwoman has been BUSY!  She’s released several new styles for Photoshop/Photoshop Elements and I’ve been able to “play” with some of them. One of my favorites is her new Pencil Crayon available at Digitals, DSW, and CU.
